Mepitel prevents the secondary dressing from sticking to the wound. Mepitel can be used in combination with topical treatment (e.g. antimicrobials).
Areas of use - Mepitel can be used on a wide range of exuding wounds such as:

The Safetac technology prevents Mepilex Talon from sticking to the wound bed yet adheres gently to the surrounding skin allowing easy application of secondary fixation. Mepilex Talon conforms well to the heel preventing exudate from pooling and causing maceration. Mepilex Talon is ideal for most shapes and sizes of feet.

- Pressure ulcers
- Diabetic foot ulcers |
 | Mepilex AgAntimicrobial soft silicone foam dressing.
- Effective antimicrobial activity
- Atraumatic to the wound and surrounding skin
- Excellent exudate management
How Mepilex Ag works:
Mepilex Ag is an antimicrobial soft silicone foam dressing that absorbs exudate and maintains a moist wound environment. Mepilex Ag inactivates wound related pathogens within 30 minutes with sustained effect up to 7 days. By reducing the number of microorganisms, Mepilex Ag may also reduce odour.

Mepilex Transfer minimises trauma to the wound and pain to the patient at dressing changes. Mepilex Transfer is designed for difficult-to-dress, high exuding wounds. The soft silicone coated foam layer enables a quick transferring of exudate away from the wound into a secondary absorbent dressing. The risk of leakage and maceration is thereby minimised.
Areas of use - a wide range of exuding and difficult-to-dress wounds such as:
- Fungating tumours
- Elidermolysis Bullosa (EB)
- Donor sites
- Venous leg ulcers |

Mepiform is used by medical professionals for scar treatment. Several clinical studies have shown that topical treatment with silicone gel sheeting has a positive impact on scar formation.
Areas of use:
- Old and new red and raised hypertrophic and keloid scars
- Closed wounds which may prevent the formation of hypertrophic and keloid scars |
