The new IBS (Integrated Breathing System) is a fusion of the bag-in-bottle, absorber and patient circuit. These three parts are now integrated into one system, drastically reducing tubing connections between machine and patient.

Siesta i Breasy is equipped with a fresh-gas flow switch between circle system (IBS) and auxiliary gas outlet and a switch for auto/manual ventilation. Additional features: O2 flowmeter with separate outlet with tube nipple and integrated patient suction unit.

The Minoxyguard function ensures minimum 25% oxygen in O2/N2O mix and is further equipped with a slave regulator, cutting off N2O and giving audible alarm in case of O2 supply failure. Minoxyguard is also available with twin/dual flow tubes for O2 and N2O.

Siesta i TS – the new anaesthesia machine from Dameca (Denmark).

The new IBS (Integrated Breathing System) is a fusion of the bag-in-bottle, i-SORB absorber and patient circuit. These three parts are now integrated into one system, drastically reducing tubing connections between machine and patient.

Siesta i TS is equipped with various safety/emergency features, such as emergency fresh-gas flow switch, fresh-gas flow switch between circle system (IBS) and auxiliary gas outlet.

Additional features: O2 flowmeter with separate outlet with tube nipple and integrated patient suction unit.

The new 15” gas mixer is based on the original 10” electronic gas mixer used in Dream and Siesta EGM, but it contains more information and includes a touch-screen interface. The 15” TFT colour touch screen is used for ventilator and gas mixer settings.

The electronic gas mixer has electronic rotameters for O2, N2O and Air, 0-10 L/min; an automatic interlock safety mechanism preventing dosage of Air and N2O simultaneously and a minoxyguard function ensuring min. 25% oxygen in an O2/N2O mix.

The new microprocessor-controlled ventilator features 5 ventilation modes: VCV, PCV, SIMV, manual and spontaneous.

The optional multi gas monitor performs a continuous measurement of O2, N2O, CO2, AA, respiration rate and MAC.
