IASGO 2007

During the period 5 - 7 September 2007 The 17th World Congress of the International Association of Surgeons and Gastroenterologists and Oncologists took place at the International Conference Center of the Palace of Parliament from Bucharest, under the high patronage of his high exellency, Traian Basescu, President of Romania.

The event comprised conferences, plenar sessions, dedicated sessions, oral and poster presentations, satellite symposiums sponsored by companies, live demonstrations, case studies, pre-congress courses and a medical exhibition where Rombiomedica - platinum sponsor of the congress - had a presentation stand will all its products.

The Event was organised by the Romanian Chapter of IASGO, the Romanian Surgical Society, the Romanian Society of  Gastroenterology and Hepatology, the Romanian Society of Radiotherapy and Medical Oncology, the Romanian Association for the Study of Liver, the Foundation for Liver Surgery and the Romanian Scientists Academy.
